LUX represents over 450 of the best NW talent from six-months to 90-years-old, but we are always looking for great new talent. With the ever changing and unpredictable needs of our clients we like to make sure we have the best and most varied talent roster available. We are not an agency who takes a “shotgun” approach to scouting, holding mass cattle calls or street casting. We find our talent through personal interactions, submissions and by seeing talent in showcases, theatre productions, or shows. We are always happy to take on an established union talent onto our roster, but also pride ourselves on finding and developing new, young talent.
